SmartStart aims to achieve population-level change in access to early learning by providing an integrated national delivery platform which builds in the operational structures and systems required for accelerated scale. SmartStart is a national social franchise, with trained and licensed practitioners, who implement high-quality, standardized early learning programms to children, aged three to five. SmartStart was established in Saxonwold, Johannesburg.
