The Job: CRM System Coordinator

The CRM System Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the daily smooth running and optimization of the Odoo system within the organization. This role will involve technical system management as well as supporting field coordination of Shujaaz Superfans network to maximize system utilization for research and operational efficiency. The CRM System Coordinator will also contribute to organizational strategy formulation, ensuring the Odoo system is leveraged to deliver organizational objectives effectively.

This role will report to the Operations Lead and will collaborate with other teams across the organization particularly the Superfans Management Team.

Your Role in the Spotlight: CRM System Coordinator

  • Take over from the Odoo Implementation partner and oversee the daily operations of the Odoo system, ensuring functionality, data integrity, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
  • Train staff and field teams on Odoo functionalities and updates.
  • Act as the point of contact with Shujaaz Inc’s Odoo Implementation Partner

Field Coordination and System Utilization

  • Collaborate with field teams (Shujaaz Superfans ) to ensure effective use of Odoo tools for task management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of field members on system-related processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improved system adoption and data accuracy.

Strategy and Process Optimization:

  • Contribute to the development of strategies that align the Odoo system with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making through optimized reporting tools.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with other departments to understand system needs and ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Provide ongoing support and feedback channels for system users.
  • Act as a liaison between technical support providers and the organization.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, user guides, and best practices.
  • Generate periodic reports on system performance and user engagement.

Who You Are: Skills and Superpowers

  • Familiarity with field operations of non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
  • Understanding of data security and quality assurance practices.

Requirements That Shine Bright

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Odoo system administration and customization or any other ERP/CRM.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in training and capacity building for non-technical teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple locations.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Team player who can lead and manage multiple stakeholders.
