Description

What You Will Do
 Report to Vice President, Policy & Partnerships on developing and maintaining policy that address
the most pressing business challenges for NewGlobe’s expansion in India
 Project manage the details of each opportunity in the pipeline (this includes tracking contacts,
conversation outcomes, deadlines, followups)
 Track K-12 related developments on policy, legislations and programmes in targeted areas and use
that information to help team create priorities for targets
 Research and prepare statistical reports using cross-departmental data to derive insights on each
potential opportunity
 Consolidates information into cohesive and understandable analysis, reports and correspondence
 Support team through writing inputs into custom presentations and proposals for each meeting based
on each opportunity
 Logistical support in advance and follow up for meetings with potential opportunities (including
travel and materials for meetings/presentations)
 Tracking and maintaining relationships with key contacts

What You Should Have
 Passion for NewGlobe’s vision of democratizing the right for all children to succeed.
 Bachelor’s degree from a top university; MS/MBA a plus
 5+ years of post-undergraduate, full-time work experience with detailed project management
skills
 Strong writing, research and analytical skills
 Top performer and leader in highly selective, fast-paced, dynamic business environments
 Examples of relevant prior work experience include: Investment Banking, Corporate
Strategy and Development, Product/ Project Management, Operations Management, Consulting
 Strong analytical / critical thinker; you consider yourself an Excel expert
 Self-starter; highly driven individual that will take ownership from the get-go and proactively
look for improvement.
 Strong leadership skills and has demonstrated ability to work with a very diverse workforce
