LALA is a non-profit institution dedicated to developing a new generation of diverse, entrepreneurial, and ethical leaders in Latin America. The organization identifies high-potential, purpose-driven youth aged 14 to 20, particularly from marginalized communities, and provides them with programs focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, social innovation, and critical thinking. Participants join a lifelong community of changemakers and partner organizations, gaining access to extensive development opportunities and resources to address pressing regional challenges.
