There are more than 75 million young people in the world who are unemployed, but at the same time, many employers cannot find people who have the skills required for the initial position. Generation is a global non -profit organization founded by McKinsey & Company in 2014 to make education with employment systems; comprehensively support different people to engage in occupations that can change their lives, and in order to solve unemployment and lack of employment. In 2018, Generation Hong Kong was formally established to bring GENERATION to Hong Kong with effective methods for solving employment challenges. To this day, Generation has more than 38,000 graduates and devoted themselves to a meaningful work in 14 countries around the world.
