ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Intern to help manage on the workstreams attached to the Center of Entrepreneurship. This role will support internal and external stakeholder-facing team, so you will have tremendous exposure to the AL Group’s network. You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate with the GLE team, and other units for the planning of events onsite in Kigali.
- Liaison with finance team for purchase orders, vendors, and follow up.
- Support on developing the programme's merchandise, content, and the materials under the direction of the Center.
- Track all expenses linked to the Visiting Expert Programme effectively and C4E purchase requests. .
- Work across the GLE and Student Life teams to create synergies increasing the student experience.
REQUIREMENTS
You are a fit for this role if you:
- Have highly-developed English written and oral communication skills and excited to engage with a diverse group of experts and partners
- Interest in entrepreneurship and must have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Are an independent self-starter who takes intelligent risks, with an ability to rapidly adapt to changing circumstances in order to get things done..
- Are able to work in a fast-paced, high performance environment.
- Respond effectively and appropriately to constructive feedback.
- Willingness to learn with a good work ethic.
