ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Intern to help manage on the workstreams attached to the Center of Entrepreneurship. This role will support internal and external stakeholder-facing team, so you will have tremendous exposure to the AL Group’s network. You will be responsible for:

• Coordinate with the GLE team, and other units for the planning of events onsite in Kigali.
• Liaison with finance team for purchase orders, vendors, and follow up.
• Support on developing the programme's merchandise, content, and the materials under the direction of the Center.
• Track all expenses linked to the Visiting Expert Programme effectively and C4E purchase requests. .
• Work across the GLE and Student Life teams to create synergies increasing the student experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have highly-developed English written and oral communication skills and excited to engage with a diverse group of experts and partners
• Interest in entrepreneurship and must have an entrepreneurial mindset
